We do everything we can to offer you quality clothing at fair prices. Every order is carefully prepared, checked before dispatch and packed with care. We also do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in the best conditions.
However, we remain human, and despite all precautions taken, an error can occasionally happen. That is why our team is always here to listen to you and find the right solution when needed.

Delivery
Order confirmation
Before any dispatch, our team will contact you by phone to confirm your order.
During this confirmation call, we will verify with you:
- Your contact details and delivery address
- The items ordered
- The total amount to pay
- Your availability for delivery
If you work during the day or have particular constraints, please let us know. We will pass this information on to our delivery partner to make receiving your parcel easier.
This call is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the product, sizes, delivery or any other detail relating to your order.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.
In some areas, delivery can be made in under 24 hours. Timeframes may however vary depending on your wilaya, busy periods or exceptional circumstances.
During the confirmation call, our team will give you a more precise estimate of your delivery date.
Parcel arrival in your wilaya
When your parcel arrives in your wilaya, you will receive an SMS notification. You will also be contacted by our team and by the delivery person to arrange the handover of your order.
We recommend keeping your phone handy and staying attentive to calls and messages during the announced delivery period.
If you expect to be away or your availability changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help arrange delivery in the best conditions.
Receiving your parcel
Upon delivery, you have the right, and we strongly encourage you to do so, to open the parcel in the presence of the delivery person before payment.
We recommend checking:
- That the items received match your order
- That the products are in good condition
- That the size fits, where possible
- That the amount requested matches the price shown on our website and confirmed during the confirmation call
This step is important and allows you to receive your order with full confidence.
If you notice an obvious problem at the time of delivery (incorrect item, defective product, damaged product, etc.), you can simply refuse to accept the parcel. No payment will be requested from you.
In this case, we ask you to take one or more photos clearly showing the problem and send them to us. These help us understand the origin of the problem and take the necessary steps internally or with our partners.
Once these checks are complete and the parcel accepted, you can settle the amount for your order.
Size exchange
You chose a size that does not fit?
We offer a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
To benefit from an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Exchange costs are at the customer's charge.
Failed deliveries and parcel returns
Preparing, packing and delivering an order requires significant time, effort and cost. When a parcel is refused or uncollected without valid reason, we have to bear the return costs, repackage the items and wait several days before being able to put them back in stock.
We therefore ask you to place an order only when you are genuinely committed to receiving your parcel.
Customers who place orders then refuse their parcel without valid reason, stop responding to delivery calls or make delivery impossible may be added to our internal block list and no longer be permitted to order from our store.
This measure obviously does not apply to situations where the refusal is justified and can be demonstrated, such as a preparation error, incorrect item, defective product, damaged product or any other problem for which we are responsible.
Returns and refunds
Our products are checked before dispatch and we give you the opportunity to verify your order before paying upon delivery.
For this reason, returns and refunds are generally not accepted after the parcel has been received and accepted.
We therefore encourage you to take the time to check your order in the presence of the delivery person before making payment.
However, if a problem is clearly due to an error on our part, we will carefully review your request and put in place an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange or a refund.
Each situation is examined individually to guarantee a fair and appropriate solution.
